CHOSTOMO'S BURRITOS CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO

After playing in a quick pick up soccer game with the locals (no joke!), I needed a midday snack..

The team pointed me in the direction of a local hotspot... Chostomo's Burritos...

Loving that donkey logo...

This is the beef burrito... it was nice... so juicy I felt like I almost needed a straw...

That tortilla was real fresh too...

Chostomo's is a chain of restaurants out in Mexico...

I also tried their smoked Marlin burrito (WOW! so good) and then a Chile Relleno burrito... I was stuffed to the gills...

TORTA TALK AT LA TAQUIZA IN CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO

Next destination in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico... La Taquiza...

Look at this scrumptious meat (al Pastor) rotating outside the restaurant...

the ingredients are so fresh that I could have just eaten these toppings with chips and been satisfied. A real treat to all the senses. visually beautiful...

I was in the mood for a Torta. I found a Hawaiian style with al Pastor, pineapple, bell peppers, green onions and cheese on a giant baked roll. The cook was rushed and kind of threw the thing together. I like my sandwiches a little more stable, but it was still incredible.

I ate the first half so fast I couldn't even get a picture of it.

Looking at it is making me hungry again... zoom in on the photos if you want... i wish i was eating there tonight...

TAMALE TRUCK CABO SAN LUCAS

Destination...South of the border. Cabo San Lucas.

I really only had one question... where was the best street food in town??

The owner/ cook is 80 years old and serves the best tacos and tamales in town out of the back of his pick up truck.

Spicy, peppery, hot, flavorful, carne asada tacos. Throw some guacamole and pico de gallo on there. Good night!

You just eat your food right on the street.

Those tamales have potatoes in 'em. He had chicken, pineapple, beef, and pork tamales as well as Menudo. What?!

In seven days I had three plates from here... Can't wait to go back..
